Booking requests

Online bookings may be submitted as booking requests and are not confirmed until accepted by the campsite. We will contact you if further information is needed.

Payments

Deposits, balances and payment due dates will be shown during the booking process or communicated by the campsite. Your booking may be cancelled if payment is not received by the required date. Currently we do not require a deposit, payments can be made in person or by payment link request during your stay.

Arrival and departure

Please arrive and depart within the times stated by the campsite. Early arrivals or late departures must be agreed in advance. Arrival from 12 Noon and please depart from 11am on your day of departure.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. Cancellation terms may vary by date, season or special event. If you cancel your stay less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, we may contact you and request payment or part payment for your stay.

Dogs and visitors

Dogs, visitors and additional guests must be declared where required and must follow campsite rules at all times.

Dogs welcome

We allow a maximum of two dogs per van, please keep dogs on a lead and ensure you tidy up after them.  

Site rules

Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, property, wildlife and local residents. The campsite may ask guests to leave if rules are not followed.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their own belongings, vehicles and equipment while on site, except where the law says otherwise.

Your personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
