Who can book?

You must be a current member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club to book a stay with us. We collect and check your membership number prior to your stay.

How to book your stay.

Checking all availability

Use the ‘Book now’ button , this checks availability by inputting in your arrival day and departure day on both Lakeside Meadow and Heritage Wood CLs. If there is no availability on your chosen date for either CL it will not show as a selection.

Check availability of an individual CL

Go to your chosen CLs page and view the calendar to see availability . Once you have found the dates (as long as it’s not red for fully booked) click on your arrival date and then your departure date and a book now button will appear below the calendar. You can then proceed to book and make payment for your chosen CL.

Dogs welcome

We allow a maximum of two dogs per van, please keep dogs on a lead and ensure you tidy up after them.  

Group bookings of three or more pitches

If you wish to book Three or more pitches together please contact us.

Weekends have a mimimun stay of two nights

Payment

We currently are not requesting payments during the booking process.

Please come to the office in the Ednaston Business Centre to make your payment during your stay.  We accept card and cash payments.   If you are unable to come to the office or the office is closed we can send you a link to your mobile phone to complete your payment.  

There are no extra charges on each CL for awnings or dogs. The price per night also includes electric hookup.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your stay less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, we may contact you and request payment or part payment for your stay.
