Barley Close Field offers ample space to accommodate up to 40 caravans or campers, making it an ideal location for rallies of any size, whether large or small (minimum of 15 units per rally, see below if you have less). The site is equipped with a fresh water tap, two electric hook-ups for rally marshals, and a chemical waste disposal toilet for added convenience. The field has plenty of hard standing and available for all seasons.
Rally Field Bookings
Our dedicated rally field is available for hire to clubs and groups throughout the year, offering a peaceful countryside setting ideal for small gatherings and weekend meets.
We operate under a 28-day usage limit per calendar year, so to ensure the viability of each booking, the following pricing structure applies:
£9 per unit per night (no VAT)
Includes 2 free pitches for Rally Marshals
Minimum charge per night: £117
This minimum charge is based on 15 units per night. If your rally has fewer than 15 units, the total nightly cost of £117 will still apply and should be shared between those attending.
Example:
10 units attending = £11.70 per unit per night
12 units attending = £9.75 per unit per night
We’re happy to accommodate rallies with fewer than 15 units, but we kindly ask that this minimum cost is met to cover the operational costs of the field.
